Ladies and Gentlemen- we are pleased to announce that Tommy Somerville's project-bousfield-the seed will be performing at the redlight cafe in Atlanta on Friday, November 18th. This is the project's 1st live performance and it will be celebrating the it's 1st release....bousfield -the seed. The show will be a psychodelic party of alternative rock ,folk,blues,country,drum and bass, laughter, blood, sex, screams, tears and drool! Show starts at 9:30. Squat will be performing at ST. James United Methodist Church in Athens on November 20 at 6:30 p.m. The concert is open to the public. Come on out!

Squat has been added to the lineup for a special benefit for hurricane victems at the UGA School of Music Hugh Hodson Hall on Sunday, October 23. We will be performing with our good friend and mentor pianist Steve Dancz and the UGA Jazz Band. We are thrilled to reunite with Steve and look forward to playing this great room for a good cause.

Thanks to everyone that came out to Churchill Grounds in Atlanta last week for our first weekend residency at the club - thank you for making it a success! We hope to play one weekend a season at Chruchills.
We are excited to announce that the Tommy Somerville album is now available! The name of this project is Bousfield-the seed.The music on this album is influenced by many different flavors ranging from dark pinkfloyd/early genesis to blues/alternative jazz to comedic drum and bass. Guests include original Squat drummer Carlton Owens, Darren Stanley, Trey, and A.J. Adams of Stewart and Winfield.
All profits from sales of this cd will be donated to the Humane Society. Hopefully we can give a little love to some stray running critters out there! Bousfield CDs can be purchased directly from Tommy at tommysomerville674@hotmail.com and they will soon be found at www.cdbaby.com.
We are excited to be performing with our old friends the Fuzzy Sprouts on Friday, June 10 at the Georgia Theatre in Athens as they perform Abbey Road. Should be fun ... Squat starts at 10 p.m.
Tommy and Trey will be on Fox Morning News on Tuesday, March 29 from 7-9 am to promote our performance at the Rhodes Hall bridal expo the next day. Did anyone see it?
Squat will continue playing First Friday of Each month at the Apache Cafe from 8:30-11:30. We are very excited about this series of gigs. For more on the Apache, check out www.apachecafe.info.
We are also excited to be headlining Sunday night at the Human Rights Festival in Athens with our salsa band Grogus! We will peform a combined Squat/Grogus set at 8:15 p.m.
